Building a brand is hard work and requires intentional steps. It’s not an exit strategy or an alternative to a job you hate. Regardless whether you're a side hustler, corporatepreneur, blogger, new business owner, or just broke and inspired, I teach you how to monetize your expertise simply by being who you are. Why? I've done that since 2011. I created my blog to find and share shortcuts in life and in business. I'm here to help you figure things out faster, while spending less money and mental energy.
I want to inspire you to build the brand of your dreams so that you can turn your influence into income and your passions into payables.
Now Here's a Proper Introduction
I'm Emmelie De La Cruz, a marketer who turned her layoff into her legacy. I built my business as a personal branding strategist and digital marketer, best known for my ability to help millennials monetize their personal brands and use their skills to create a sustainable business. The right brand will attract any opportunity you want and allow you to make money on your own terms.
I graduated from the prestigious (and expensive) S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University, where I discovered my love for digital marketing and branding. Throughout my 6 years as a marketing automation specialist, I have worked with clients in various industries including fashion, health and wellness, politics, education, book publishing and entertainment just to name a few.
When all is said and done, I want to be remembered as the woman who changed the way our generation approaches making a living. In addition to my love for beauty, fashion and passive income, I'm a proud member of the Beyhive, so that makes me part Latina and part Beyonce. My friends call me the Beyonslay of Business and I don't stop them. (No seriously, I have a problem.)
I'm tea on somedays but crown apple on Most.
